Flawed Esthetics was created from a deeply personal place one rooted in healing, education, and transformation. Growing up, skincare wasn’t something I was taught or exposed to, and as a Black woman navigating acne and hyperpigmentation on my own, I knew firsthand how frustrating and isolating skin concerns can feel. What started as a personal journey to heal my own skin turned into a passion and ultimately a calling: to help others feel confident, informed, and empowered in their skin. I’m a licensed esthetician who believes skincare is not one-size-fits-all. Every face tells a story, and every treatment is intentionally customized to meet your skin where it is. At Flawed Esthetics, we focus on treating acne, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin health through results-driven treatments, advanced modalities, and evidence-based home care without compromising the luxury experience. Education is at the core of everything I do. I don’t just treat your skin in the treatment room I teach you how to care for it beyond your appointment so you can see long-term, sustainable results. The products used during your service are the same professional, proven formulas available for retail, allowing you to continue your skin journey with confidence. Flawed Esthetics is more than a facial it’s a safe space. A place where flaws are honored, progress is celebrated, and healing happens from the inside out. My greatest joy is watching clients leave my treatment room glowing, educated, and hopeful about their skin again. CANCELLATION POLICY
POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in 50% payment of the service booked. No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the service total. DEPOSITS A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions. REFUNDS All services and retail products are non-refundable. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, contact me as soon as possible. After 15 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show. ⸻ CONSENT & AGREEMENT I understand that the skincare treatments I receive are intended for relaxation and skin health and are not a substitute for medical treatment. I have disclosed any known allergies, medical conditions, and medications to my esthetician. I understand that results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with recommended home care.
